We at Alonso Dancewear.com take great pride in creating high-quality ballroom male dance pants that are custom-made to our customers' specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing, color, style, or fit.
All of our pants are made to order based on the customer's unique body measurements that they approve prior to production. This ensures a personalized fit and high level of comfort for the wearer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as each pair of pants is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
We understand that ordering custom dance pants can be a big decision, which is why we take great care to ensure that all measurements are accurate and that our customers are satisfied with their orders before production begins. We encourage our customers to double-check their measurements and consult with us if they have any questions or concerns prior to approving their order.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a repair or replacement of the product, but we do not offer refunds.
